2. Ticket Purchase & Entry
2.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed except in cases of event cancellation by the organizer.
2.2 Each ticket is valid for a single entry on the specified date and session.
2.3 E-tickets must be presented at the venue (printed or digital).
2.4 The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
2.5 Unauthorized reselling or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in denied entry.
2.6 Ticket prices shown is excluding 8% Sales & Service Tax (SST), which will be added at checkout.
